in a lot of incidents the perpetrator and victims know each other (ie domestic), but there has been a spike in violent crime throughout many parts of DC and Ward 6 is no exception.  I wish is was just snatch and runs -- a phone can be easily bricked and replaced.

Street crime involving force is not just white hysteria (and the victims cross race and class lines).  There are numbers to back it up.  Some people like PP are just quick to demonize easy targets like the closest public housing complex however disconnected from fact those assumptions may be.[/quote]
