It's also possible that she wanted children in a general sense, but when he finally came around to wanting kids himself, she realized she didn't want them [i]with him[/i]. He's an alcoholic, and based on the gossip much of their relationship has been her taking care of him, dragging him out of the depths, he's basically been like a child to her already. She may have had a moment of clarity that while he might be in a good place at that moment, it probably wasn't going to last, and then she'd be on the same roller coaster of booze and cheating as before, but with children in the mix as collateral damage. I wouldn't want to sign up for that either.[/quote]
