How many morbidly obese women do you see on the arm of a rich successful man?  I'm talking 250 pound attractive woman?

I'm as feminist as they come, but I disagree with the bolded statement.  I'm not talking about financially successful/upper middle class, I mean truly rich.  Most very wealthy people are born into money; if women, many also marry into it.  I don't think anyone on this thread is distinguishing between women who are rich on their own.

As for why, I think it's because the vast majority of them are expected to be so, whether because they were brought up wealthy or they married into money (or both).  Resources help, of course, but when that's considered the only way to be, then you do it.[/quote]
