[/quote] I have never met or even heard of an elementary school teacher who went through the children's lunches and removed items. They don't have time for that and they are not permitted to do that. It doesn't happen. In addition, the school is required by law to feed any child who doesn't have enough food to eat, even if they are NOT enrolled the FARMS program. If there really was a policy to remove certain foods (and no public school has that policy), they would have to provide a school lunch to the child to replace what was removed.[/quote]
