That's awesome (not sarcastic, being real), but it definitely is more popular among 1st generation immigrants because its just not played here really much, and certainly not televised or anything where kids get into it if they aren't already exposed. It is getting gloablly more popular though because of the T20 matches that last about as long as a baseball game in the US give or take, 1 day and 5 day matches are brutal and the "Americanized" kids aren't going to get into those. I'm just a boring American myself, FWIW, but spent some time in Sri Lanka and man, they love their cricket. I actually like the shorter format games as a spectator.[/quote]
