I'll join you on this one. MIL does this at her house, but she's recently been visiting more often due to our new baby and sat on the couch with her bare feet bent along side of her. She then proceeded to touch her feet (seemingly not conscious of it--hoping, at least as that is gross). I kept DC away from her the rest of the visit, but was prepared to ask her to rewash her hands if she wanted to hold the baby again. [/quote]
I'm pretty anal retentive, but some of you people are just plain nuts. Trust me, your little snowflake will survive.  :roll:   I hope you understand that you are alienating your MIL for a really petty reason. If she is kind to you, your husband, and your children, then you should count your blessings.[/quote]
