+10000 OP here.  Wow, some people are really naive, so I appreciate the helpful (non-naive!) responses, including this one, PP.  Yes, sibling already went through parent's jewelry and belongings.  That is a done deal.  I don't really want anything, but the idea that sibling landed parent in the hospital to begin with (perfectly possible, unfortunately) is disgusting and unnerving.  Sibling knows that sibling is guilty, which is my best guess for the crazy behavior on the part of the sibling.  I wish there more I could do for my parent, given the awful circumstances.  I am assuming some of the early PPs must most certainly be medical doctors trained with geriatrics as their specialty, since they "know so much".  Who knew there were so many on DCUM?  :sarcasm:  Forgive me, but laughter is rare these days; so thank you again for your support.  Anyone that has support is welcome to chime in.  [/quote]
