I was relieved when my mother confirmed through genealogy research my ancestors did not own slaves. If they had, I would sure as hell not be so lacking in perspective and humanity like you. Your ancestors, who you are so proud of, settled, established and built their lives in the U.S. on the backs of people who had no choice. Their prosperity was gained on the spoils of other human beings who they owned. No need for shame, but how about a little humanity?[/quote]
