This.  It is my understanding that it is extremely hard to actually evict someone.  Use this to your advantage.  Let the management company know that you are going though hard times but give them something like $10 even.  then get a job and keep giving them whatever payments you can.  Make some kind of an effort and I don't think they can evict you.  You can get a job.  Clean up and spend a whole day going from retail to retail applying.  restaurants, fast food, anything.  Tell them you can work anytime, any hours and can start immediately.  [/quote]
