It's almost never going to be worth it (financially -- life may make it necessary) to move after a few years. I go nuts when I'm watching TV and a family is proposing to sell a house for, say, $700K and buy a new one for $775K. That kind of change benefits realtors plenty but the family not much.[/quote]
