I lived on five acres in Clifton when my child was born. The land was great but there was no real neighborhood atmosphere. What glued the community together was the elementary school (which has since been closed, but that's another story). We wound up moving to a home on 2/3 acre in a typical suburban neighborhood, which was much better for my son. It's something to think about.[/quote]
