[/quote] Forgot to add, your request would make her look good (if she hasn't sent an email out already). The other mother must be thinking how disorganized this principal is right now! An apologetic email would go a long way to rectify this. It's disappointing that she did not include an apology to your husband and yourself when she sent the second email.
