Each of these three ES has play spaces that belong exclusively to the DCPS itself. Then, they have enormous green areas that are actually part of DC Dept. of Parks and Recreation that are immediately adjacent -- and the elementary schools use those heavily during the day as if they were 'their own.'[/quote]
