Yes, but does she want children as a single parent? Because that's the risk she's taking here. If she's OK with that outcome, she can proceed (as long as he knows they are taking the risk, if she's doing this without his knowledge, she's a lousy human.) If not, she needs to tell him the deal - no kids unless he marries her. If he doesn't, she needs to find someone who is on the same page and wants children and marriage, and he will be free to find someone who wants children, but not marriage.

She wants marriage and children with him. He wants children with her; this one night he tried to have sex with her without a condom on and when she asked him what's going on he said he wanted babies. She said she wanted a wedding first. He said weddings are stupid. Now she's okay with having sex without a condom. [/quote]
