Okay, I like to use hand sanitizer after washing my hands, he thinks it is very weird and unusual to do so and thinks only one or the other is necessary. I like to do both because it just feels cleaner.

Secondly, I have bad breath a lot ((!)) and prefer to chew gum after I brush my teeth. Perhaps for extra insurance against my bad breath. He says this is very uncommon and that it is just weird to chew gum immediately after brushing my teeth.

Finally, when we eat out (not high end places...More like a Denny's-type place), sometimes when I am talking I can tell I have spinach or something else stuck in my teeth and get self-conscious over it. [b]So I use my fingernail and rub my teeth a little bit to get the food out.[/b] He told me this is just bad table manners and grosses everyone out. He said the proper thing to do is leave the table, get a toothpick and go to the restroom and take it out there. [b]I also like to put on lip gloss at the table [/b]occasionally and he says that is unacceptable too.

He is right.  Picking your teeth at the table is a disgusting thing to do and horrible manners.

Putting lip gloss on at the table is not as bad, but still, bad manners.

You need to see a dentist about your chronic bad breath.
