One would think that having defended white-collar criminals would disqualify you from regulating them on the government side. On the contrary, your former coworkers are all going to go into the government and they will hire you. You will then come back to make a killing defending the same (alleged) criminals who you were prosecuting. Perhaps the American public are the losers, but despite many calls by insiders to close the revolving door, no one listens.[/quote]
