When I see threads like this -- and this is far from the first -- I read, "please feel free to check all my previous posts and consider them fake. However, the OP is posting from a Montgomery Country Government address, which could be a library. At any rate, over the past two months, the only other thread that appears to have been started by the poster is this one: http://www.dcurbanmom.com/jforum/posts/list/463729.page So, OP. Fake or not? Anyway, I'll look into this poster a bit more later. I think that I already know who the poster is from the past. But, I want to confirm a few things before saying more.
I'm curious why you didn't move this to the nanny forum. I get irritated when mine get moved (b/c i've not gotten any good advice over there recently) and yet this one, this non -post, you leave up? Not that it matters since it is a non-post.
I can't move threads between the regular and nanny forums. I can only lock or delete. Which I choose to do depends on many factors, but mostly my mood. When I discovered the above thread, it was already multiple pages. I locked it and put a note to post in the Au Pair forum in the Nanny Forums section. The poster reposted, but in the wrong forum (missed the Au Pair forum and posted in the Employers forum).
