DCPS as a whole is funded based on enrollment but allocate across schools as it sees fit based on underlying costs, needs, economies of scale. Not signing.[/quote] Fine PP- don't sign. But how exactly is Wilson supposed to serve it's at risk population- which is close to 1/3 of enrollment -with such a cut in the budget? [/quote]
