If that building wasn't feeding to Deal, Hardy, or Adams, then yes it was directed to a high school by their new elementary-middle-high feeder system. Hate when people don't state the fact and make it seem like a bulding was zoned out when in fact they made the system predictable based on middle school (like 99% of the country does).
