I did, and within two weeks, it was totally refunded.  No problem.  And, they were very nice about it.  
This has not been my experience with some of the other airlines.

In my opinion, family boarding should be allowed with children up to 8, at least.  I would much rather families get in and get settled instead of rearranging everything once people are seated.  I have no young children.  [/quote]
