She is fighting a poster who is arguing that good schools are a crucial factor in raising price if all other things are equal. Not that there isn't real estate EOTP that's more expensive than some of what's available WOTP. Other factors sometimes offset the crappy schools. This is apparently the case for Bloomingdale. All other things are not equal between all Bloomingdale real estate and all AU Park real estate.[/quote]
