No, I highly doubt he was one of the ones exiled. Morgan was in Atlanta. The group is now in Alexandria. The senator (?)'s son is the one who was the idiot leading the team out hunting for walkers -- Tara, Glenn, the other guy...and I forget the last person. Maggie?
