[/quote] The weekend later bedtime is messing things up. It is like having jet lag on a weekly basis. It is easier to go to bed early if the weekend bed time is within an hour of the weekday bedtime. What time does she have to get up to go to school? I would work back 8-9 hours (depending on her sleep needs) from that and that should be her bedtime. [/quote]
