Careful...demographics don't give the full picture. If you just don't want your kids hanging around "the brown ones" then sure, this is a good way to make a decision, but you are dumb for basing your kids education on this.

Keep in mind, Montgomery County is only 49% white http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2011/02/09/AR2011020904310.html 
so unless you are at the "W" schools ("W" for a reason) the highest percentage of white students will probably be around 35% or less (unless you are in Poolesville).

I would stay away from Seneca Valley, Watkins Mill, and possibly Northwest upcounty. Gaithersburg is okay, but not ideal. 
Downcounty I would stay away from Wheaton, Einstein, Springbrook and Northwood.

RM, Sherwood, Rockville, Quince Orchard are good. Stay away from Blake since it is part of the consortium and you aren't guaranteed a sport. People poop all over Rockville but it is actually a good school - small, great programs, great middle class community. [/quote]
