They could say "all HS parking lots and streets in front are closed to students" -- that would force them to ride the bus or be dropped off by a parent. They all have a way to get home on the buses. Whatever inconvenience there is from not havign a car in the evening is outweighed by getting kids of all ages to school for education. [/quote]
