Just under six figures is what 80K or 90K ...pretty low for this area. I can't retain software developers 2 years out of school for that amount. Most of the parents in our school make five to ten times that amount so from their perspective a gift of $50 or $100 to someone not making very much money but who they know works hard is a nice thing to do.
