As it stands now, the answer to 1) is no; the answer to 2) is "no" and answer to 3) is also "no". This is why I said earlier the MCPS has turn the corner (not for better). Given that test scores strongly correlate with SES, [b]it's an open question [/b]whether MCPS truly was a better school system in those halcyon, long-past days when everybody was white, middle-class, and suburban, than it is now, when many students aren't.[/quote] Open Q for you, not for many.
