DP, you STFU. I agree, make your arguments on your own merits, but don't triviali the hardships and struggles Black people endured. Race is immutable. Sexual orientation is not, as evidenced how bisexuals can go back and forth. When a black person shows up for a job interview you immediate see their color. When a homosexual shows up for an interview, you don't know or care about their sexual orientation. Make your arguments without diminishing another groups struggles. [/quote]
