I never buy spices there. Many grocery stores carry it - look for Spanish brands and it's called "Pimenton de la Vera." Otherwise, if you're ever in downtown Bethesda, the Spanish store next to the Mercedes dealership has it. Used to be called A&H Seafood but they just expanded and I think they changed the name.
