The safety net [i][b]has[/b][/i] been expanded.  Has this ended homelessness and poverty?

Pretty stable?  Are you out of your gourd?  The economy had tanked BEFORE Pres Obama took office.  The housing crisis was in full effect, banks were failing.  Get a clue.[/quote]
