Classic mean girl (Lemmon) meets classic whiny girl (Charlton), who then finds some other "victims" to ride along to bolster an alleged "pattern" of discrimination (Calhoun, et. al) = very poorly drafted, but marginaly titillating, complaint. Kind of a bummer, though, that FCPS ends up spending money that could be spent on teachers and kids on outside attorneys' fees to defend this.
As someone familiar with the parties involved, I have to say your post is spot-on. My only addition would be to add "mean" to Charlton's description. You could throw at rock at Bailey's and hit plenty of staff who were bullied and at the mercy of her antics. Lemmon needs to put a filter on her mouth. Perhaps the two of them should be reassigned to share an office together at Gatehouse. That would be the best for teachers and students.
