Back to the original topic, any other suggestions? I need some for next week.
I believe there have been multiple suggestions. What else are you looking for?
So, Giant, Wegmans, Target, Harris Teeter, Sam's Club or the school-safe at Whole Foods. I guess I was looking for others to say where they got them, to see if there was more of a consensus versus just a listing of all the stores in the area (other than Safeway, which must be really bad to not even be listed).
Actually, I like Safeway. I find our local Safeway cakes and cupcakes to be better than the ones from the local Giant and SFW. We just got our kids' birthday cake from Safeway and we've had leftovers for the past week. For toddlers, once we got ones that had Sesame Street character rings in the top and those were popular. The kids could keep the ring after they finished the cupcakes. I saw the kids bringing their rings into daycare off and on over the next few days, so they did like them. It's been several months and our kids still love the Cookie Monster, Elmo and Big Bird rings. We have a toybox between their carseats and they keep the rings in there and always dig them out as soon as they get in the car.
