It's the most competitive university in the Cal State system and the Cal State rules give preference to CA residents. So, there are no spots left for out-of-state kids. I went there and DS has said on visits that he wants to go there -- I've told him he'll have to look elsewhere...SLO is not happening. And even if he could I'm not paying out-of-state tuition when we have great state schools here in VA.[/quote]
