It is one of the worse touted schools on these boards. And the Fallsgrove families complain non-stop about the commute past multiple other elementary schools to go to Ritchie Park. It was supposed to be zoned for Lakewood and at this point should still be. RM needed more wealth and white people in their school so they changed it. Now that whole school district is overcrowded including Ritchie Park while the schools they pass are under-enrolled. But I am sure as a real estate agent, your #1 job is to convince everyone about how great the schools are. [/quote]
