Hell to the no you can't bring your damn dog any where you damn please. My god, the entitlement many people have. YOU may think your dog is just great. I don't care for the sudden need for a dog to defecate or urinate on the merchandise. I've seen it happen. It makes for a difficult situation for the store owner. Not to mention is the dog's shot record up to date, are they de-wormed, are they currently having diarrhea, do they bite (but only sometimes). The list could go on. AND, for what it's worth... I am a dog owner who loves her dog but won't take it to a store because i have no need to.
Hmm, I will agree with u that people are self entitled and dogs should probably stay outside of normal businesses. However, your reasons made me chuckle. Note to all humans: don't go into stores if u have diarreah, the flu, are not fully vaccinated, don't take your kids with leaky diapers, if u have BO from recent workout or not showering, smell of smoke, didn't wash your hands after going to bathroom, etc. If u r mean and aggressive u should stay home too. Maybe that is why many parts of Europe allow dogs, they really are no more dangerous and dirty than the average person... Alas, it's easier to leave Fluffy at home. C'est la vie!
