There was extensive physical evidence that she was raped, actually. It was not part of the university hearing, because the university did not actually take any of this seriously. I bet they're probably taking it pretty seriously now.

Hobart and William Smith has been a comparatively easy school for rich prep boys and girls from New England and the Mid-Atlantic to get into for some time.  That will not change.

It's like saying no high school girls in NYC would ever try to sneak into East Side bars again after the Robert Chambers case.
