Eggs don't cut it for me (eating 2 eggs is not filling at all although eating 2 egg sandwiches with mayo and bacon would cut it :)). For me Greek yogurt is filling along with bread and peanut butter. I usually fast daily from 9pm-noon (so 15 hrs) which works for me well. But if I did a 5:2 plan on my 500 calorie days I would eat: coffee a/skim milk, apple (70), cheese stick (70), 2 slices of bread w/peanut butter (200) and a large salad with nuts for dinner (160).
