[/quote] This is hilarious. Have you ever lived anywhere else? LA is an incredibly diverse city but everyone lives in their ethnic enclaves. Have you spent time in any southern city? I live in DC. While this is, of course, a strongly democratic city (as are most cities) we have Republican friends who live here as well. On our block alone are Christians, Jews, Muslims and Hindus. One block. White, African Americans, Asians (northern and southern), gay and straight. One block in DC.[/quote]
