Traditional realtors use the "frighten the Buyers and the sellers and make deals with the other Realtors technique" No I would not be in a rush to confess that either. we have used both. Traditional realtors are out to sell your property quickly using a realtor friend and make the seller do as much work as possible. It is pretty dirty business.[/quote]
