It is a artsy style is distinctly different from how she has always carried herself - as a mini Beyonce. 
It looks good on her, she is beautiful, but she her style now is a clear contrast to the weaved out commercialized big-sister Beyonce.
Sure growing up and divorce contributed as well, not sure if she has a stylist.[/quote]
