As far as boundaries go, many people have mentioned that very few schools have too many in bound kids. The problem is not boundaries, it is screwed up schools elsewhere and inadequate measures to fix those schools. Also, I'm not sure more specialized schools need to be created if the specialized schools are still under-enrolled[/quote]
