It could be anyone who knows the daughter. Every school has a kid who was a top student who didn't get into ivy schools. At my high school, the smartest guy in the school got rejected across the board and went to UMich. Depending on where you are geographically, you may not apply to other top schools (Northwestern, Johns Hopkins, Georgetown) and go to your more local top public school (UVA/UMich).[/quote]
