I live in PH and I don't think the neighborhood is what the OP had in mind.  I wouldn't look in PH if I had a million dollars to spend.  And mind you, I love living there.[/quote]

I think it's perfect.  There's a house going up for sale on Paxton that is only a few FEET from the shops - Trader Joes, Crisp & Juicy, Ledo's Pizza, Peets/Caribou Coffee, Tysons Pharmacy, China King, Pet Store, 7 Eleven, dry cleaner, and a barber and gas station.  And there's a bunch more across Rt 7.  Of course, they'd probably want to tear that house down, but it's a fantastic location as far as walking.  [/quote]
