Why? What about when your kids do sneaky stuff? Should that be punished? Or when they aren't as civic minded as they should be? Heck as a professional, I see lots of fraud by people of all stripes including Indians, yup, a lot. I guess it comes out in adulthood.[/quote]

Yes, you are right. People from all races do bad things. So they all should be punished the same. To have a policy of race-based quota is moronic. What happens if in a particular year all offenses are committed by Indians and none by blacks? Would you punish some black kids just to fill the quota or would you not punish the Indian kids?

Have the same law for all people regardless of race. Simple.[/quote]
