Wrong.  I get massages regularly at places like the Four Seasons- never some shady place that would offer happy endings.  They pretty much always say to take off as much as you feel comfortable.  Technically, you should take it all off and a professional masseuse will use towels/blankets to keep you covered the whole time.  I would never wear my underwear unless I had my period or something.

+1000. I love massages and get them whenever I can, most often at four seasons or ritz in dc. Always take it all off and it is never an issue. I could see wearing underwear if you are super modest or squeamish, but a bra would ruin the entire experience for me sine my back and shoulders are my favorite area for them to focus on. [/quote]
