If you aren't millionaires with money to burn you can go on fantastic safaris for a fraction of that price. Kids are mostly going to remember the animals and the safari experience and those are the same whether you pay $3k or 60K. I am guessing though that anyone paying $60K is used to a life of pure luxury and the kids might complain if the sheets aren't a high enough thread count or their every need and want isn't automatically met.
