I agree with the video.  I do not agree with the mobbing.  The mobbing will not work in your favor, OP.  There is nothing that compels them to "get rid of" the dogs.  There may be certain parameters, but that's it. In fact, they could easily use your "parameters" against you.  I have seen it.
