My hair actually looks very similar to girl's hair. I too went to a private Christian school where we had dress code rules including rules about how our hair could be styled. I complied. I read the student handbook and code of conduct and knew what was expected of me. I still got questions about my hair... "why do you put grease in your hair?" "Why do you wash it only once a week? However I didnt feel the need to break the dress code rules thereby drawing negative attention to myself. The rules indicated that my hair needed to be pulled back so thats what I did.[/quote]
