Uber is currently not cooprating with the MD PSC in terms of disclosing how they evaluate drivers, randomly check the driving records, background checks and the like.

Uber relys on the MD PSC to do the background checks.  PSC doesn't convey that information to Uber because the PSC has no idea who is driving for Uber.  The taxi requirements are based on Arlington, Fairfax, DCTC and Montgomery County regualtions as it pertains to taxi driver ID's
