There is a lot of angst over nmsf and where everyone goes to college (especially this weird obsession with "top 3 schools" and "top ivies" and "top" neighborhoods and "top" country clubs) and which is better, but really coming from elsewhere, you'll be amazed at how excellent the facilities and teaching and so forth are almost everywhere.  Would also counsel you to rent first.... you'll be appalled at the housing, so takes a while to internalize the exorbitant prices for hideous places.  GL![/quote]
